Parking Information

Please note that traffic can become congested around the university campus and surrounding areas during Commencement. Guests should expect delays and allow extra time for travel and parking. We do not anticipate any parking problems, should all adhere to the recommended arrival times.

Ceremony Location - Cajundome/Convention Center

• Graduates
  • Your cap and gown is your parking permit and be used for entry to both General Assembly and your College Ceremony.
    • Please enter GATE 8 by way of West Congress Street or GATE 11 by way of Reinhardt Drive (street next to the Convention Center). These parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. When they fill up, you will be directed to the Cajun Field parking lot.

  • Parking will be available at Cajun Field.

The University is happy to accommodate all person with disabilities or special needs. "Drop Off" is allowed for those who have wheelchairs or may have difficulties walking from the parking lot. Please review all ADA Accommodations.
